What is a mailbox?

A mailbox is one email address with its own inbox, for example ola@company.com. Shared addresses like hello@company.com are mailboxes too.

Do we pay extra for chat and notes?

No. Groups, Calendar, Tasks and Pages are included in the price of every mailbox.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Mailify is made for businesses with their own domain. You confirm the domain is yours with a DNS record, and we're happy to help with the setup.

Can I move my email from another provider?

Yes. We help you move from Gmail, Microsoft 365 or another email account, so you bring what you already have.

Where is my data stored?

In Norway, backups included. Everything is encrypted, and we don't read your email. Read more in the privacy policy.

How do I pay?

We send an invoice for the year. You don't need to register a card.

Is Mailify free for Webies customers?

Yes. If your website is hosted by Webies, you get Mailify free for as long as you're a customer.
